Surprisingly,Timipre Sylva regains freedom After Stealing Billions

Former Governor of Bayelsa State, Timipre Sylva, yesterday regained freedom from the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

The embattled former governor, who was arrested by operatives of the antigraft body in his mansion at Maitama, Abuja, on Wednesday, was granted an administrative bail about 5p.m.

Mr. Rule — real name Jeffrey Atkins – has been released from Ray Brook Federal Prison in New York. A source close to the rapper tells TMZ, his wife picked him up and drove him straight home, where he’ll remain on home confinement until July 28th.

A SUSPECTED phone snatcher said to be an undergraduate of the University of Calabar, was killed by a mob at about 9 p.m, Wednesday, for allegedly snatching a phone and a lady’s handbag.

The undergraduate said to be operating with someone at large was alleged to have boarded a taxi at Marian Road to Calabar South and when they got to Goldie by Atu Street junction, they asked the taxi driver to stop and while stepping down from the taxi, one of them grabbed the lady’s handbag who sat next to him while the other snatched her phone.
